Tried a spicy pig's blood stew with offal. The pig's blood was fine (didn't actually have much taste to it other than being nicely savoury?) but this was sichuan pepper-spicy. The numbing + spicy sensation was too much that a couple of nice old ladies nearby were concerned for my well-being 😂😭
