This is another 2 panel comic featuring the rat and probably the doctor. The top panel shows the rat looking down. He has a frightened but excited look on his face. A speech bubble above his head with no clear speaker asks "Are you still seeing things other people cant?" The bottom panel shows the rats crotch with a brown leather dress shoe, presumably belonging to the doctor, pressing against his groin. This is all seen from the rats point of view looking under the table. The foot emerges from the darkness like a snake, mostly in shadow with a small highlight on its tip. The rat's left hand sits on his lap, or hovers over it, indecisively.

a drawing of the doctor drooling three pills into the rat's mouth in a long string of spit. The doctors face is cut off by the cropping with only his snout visible. His hand grabs the rat by the back of the head, gently signaling for the rat to open up. The doctor has his lanyard on with his id. This is the closest we've seen it. it has a small picture of him and says "DOCTOR" along the bottom. The rat doesn't look unhappy about this way of administering meds but he might just be happy to be getting them. His mouth is open wide and a lithium capsule has already landed on his tongue on a thick bed of mucus and saliva.

I think this is a turning point for the doctor. so far he's just been a guy who wants his dick sucked. everything else has just been implied and is really kind of deniable. even the razor piece was made to be deniable. but here he's just playing with the rats medication. whether the rat likes it or not its sadistic. maybe thats why i cut off his face and made him sink into a burning white background. I still like the doctor but hes changing. He's turning into all the other men i draw. Im not sure if i should lean all the way into his sadism or if i should calm him down a bit. Probably the latter but let me know :)
