Anyone else just get like super emo sometimes about their WoL’s main class like if it fits them so well it feels innate to their being and so then thinking of them in any form of that be it battle or practice or whatever makes you like a wobbly piece of plastic in the wind or is it me

anyways i love this modpack bc it makes the diamonds a really pale blue instead of that baja blast colour. idk it just makes things prettier imo

Kou Kou bop @k0uryuu.bsky.social · 23/03/2026

minecraft is so silly bc what do you mean i can mod my game so that it's basically an RPG and then draw my character that way

This is a massive step up from my past 3D experiments but it is very rewarding so far. Gonna keep chipping away at this throughout the week. #blender3d #animation

I love drawing on unnecessarily large canvases

000

Kou Kou bop @k0uryuu.bsky.social · 16/02/2026

this is of course ripped straight from the game and it is rigged. however, there is no colour and all the textures are loose. meaning i need to reassign everything and manually colour all the different parts + fix the rig because that shit is messy

rare aesthetic: needing to make a custom rig for your character bc her jacket was broken for some reason so you had to import her from textools

000

Kou Kou bop @k0uryuu.bsky.social · 18/12/2025

I'm like 90% sure the layout of the Garlemald map we have in game still matches up with the render they have but I'm not gonna try to find the exact same angle. Especially since all the skyscrapers are all destroyed.

000

Kou Kou bop @k0uryuu.bsky.social · 18/12/2025

That first pic I think is outside of a window or something so it looks like there's actually something in the palace. And it's not just a picture; it's a render. Meaning somewhere at Squeenix HQ there's a full 3d model and map of the Capital in it's prime

100

Kou Kou bop @k0uryuu.bsky.social · 18/12/2025

Sometimes you need to snoop around in game bc I'm fully convinced that they had a full model of the Garlean Capital before all the destruction ready to go (first pic is out of bounds of the Garlean throneroom, second is the map of Garlemald at Camp Broken Glass)

thinking about that recent ffxiv dev interview where they were like "airships don't have seatbelts or chairs because they're relatively new and eorzeans haven't legislated that sort of thing yet". this is the exact kind of lore i love to know about so it rly tickled me

A gpose screenshot featuring three people against a black background. On the left is a viera woman with curly blonde hair dressed in armor. Her hands are together in prayer as she looks towards the heavens. Halone's hand comes over her shoulder to cover her ear. In the center is an elezen man dressed in black robes and a hood. He is smirking and has his hand to his chin. Nald'thal's hands come from behind him to cover his eyes, leaving his smirk visible. On the right is an au ra man with black and white hair, wearing a velvet coat and jewelry on his horns and hands. He is in a partial bow and looking at the viewer with narrowed eyes. Nymeia's hand comes over his shoulder to cover his mouth.
