Most descriptions of the EM job are a list of tasks. 1:1s, roadmaps, hiring, unblocking. Useful, but insufficient. @jyhsu.bsky.social and I believe the job is being a force multiplier. Every day asking "how do I make everybody around me better", and working out what that means today and over time.
