It sucks very much to have ethics in this era when it seems like no one else does. I am not rich and could use the money, but I also have more respect for my readers than selling them out. If some gambling ad I ran led to even one person destroying

I just have to believe that when
Trump is no longer in office and the corruption is stopped that things will change because this is a public health crisis. None of this is leading anywhere good.
I empathize with you working for them. I know the job market is tough, and when I was starting out in my career desperate for work I had to take anything I could get even if it went against my values so I could pay rent. And like I said, it pains me to turn down easy money.
But please read the stories of the lives that our being destroyed by online gambling and have a think on

I don’t think there’s anything I missed that I wish I’d gotten. I’ll give you a little anecdote: Stephen Miller was perhaps the most concerned about the portrait session. He asked me, “Should I smile or not smile?” and I said, “How would you want to be portrayed?” We agreed that we would do a bit of both. And then when we were finished, he comes up to me to shake my hand and say goodbye. And he says to me, “You know, you have a lot of power in the discretion you use to be kind to people.” And I looked at him and I said, “You know, you do, too.”

Shocked by the awful death of Rob Reiner. I spoke with him for over an hour last night. We talked about his work and his plans for the future. I always enjoyed his company. We met at his Dad's in 1975. Last thing he said to me was "See you next year.." Such a terrible end. Such a sweet man.
