This fic is one year old now and I updated it yesterday with chapter 18/23. It's almost 94k now

JuweWright⁷ @juwewright.bsky.social · 24/08/2025

Still so funny that this was a prompt by a friend without me knowing it was a prompt by a friend and it was SO MUCH FUN to write.

This is the very first time I set eyes on them! Without any explanation, share an image (or gif) of the moment you first saw them! #BTS

I know everyone is super hyped about the beach live but... listen... I have tickets to see my favourite musical actor (the guy in my pfp) in a show in a few weeks. I'm so giddy about this...

I might have started some projects in the background. One of them is a Hyunchan werewolf fic (not omegaverse, classic werewolves). One of them is the tropiest 'wrong number' Minlix textfic.

CW grief, death Any time I see a video with cute elderly people, I'm reminded of my granny. She raised me alongside my parents, literally putting in so much work, teaching me so many things I know today. She died during the pandemic (not from the virus) and I wasn't allowed at her funeral. 1/3

Hello everyone. My original YA novel (yes, this is me, this is my pseud) "Prodigy" is available as a free ebook worldwide for a week. 🇯🇵 amazon.co.jp/dp/B084BS78DX 🇦🇺 amazon.com.au/dp/B084BS78DX 🇮🇳 amazon.in/dp/B084BS78DX

Cover Art of the book "Prodigy" done in a scrapbooking style. Blue background. Two silhouettes facing each other in the background. The clouds in the sky are sheet music. Between the girls there's a huge violin, in the foreground at the bottom edge there's a city scape.

In the not-so distant future, most people live in the nameless cities of a globalized world in the safety of artificial atmosphere domes. Those who don't fit in with the system end up on the streets in a parallel society with different rules. When 17-year-old Robyn steals the priceless violin of young prodigy Akira Sato, she sets a series of events in motion that will change both of the girls' lives fundamentally.

Let me start another endless thread to randomly showcase some stuff I make. Here's a lacey raglan shirt I'm currently working on. Pattern by me.

Knitted raglan from the top shirt in a berry colour. It has a lace pattern. So far, the piece is about 10cm long which isn't even at sleeve height yet, but it's slow going because it's a quite intricate pattern and very thin needles.

Knitting pattern for the lace written in table style by hand. You can clearly see I first made some mistakes and had to adjust it on the go but now it's workable.

I write people cuddling in bed (and a few other things that come from the same realm) into any and all of my stories. Mainly because I know I can't have it and yet I'm craving it with every ounce of my being.

I'll never have kids and I probably won't have a big impact on anything or anyone in this world. But I already know I'll leave behind a legacy of more than a million words in (at time of posting) 86 fanfics and 2 irl books. That's gotta count as something.

Currently doing a TVD rewatch... And only now realised the irony of Caroline's gay dad trying to do old style conversion therapy with her. That was actually a really good storyline.

I had an idea for an original story. The first one in ages. And I think it could be cool. Urban fantasy. Probably a duology. First one would be whimsical, second one turns way more into the Dresden Files-esque political direction. Do I try to write this? #writersky

Rewatching TVD every now and again is my guilty pleasure. Love the show and the soundtrack. And once again I'm wondering how many grunge goth young adults back in the day absolutely vibed with Matthew West's "family tree" to then find out he's extremely Christian.

I have a genetic predisposition for a chronic illness that is very scary to me. For a few days this week I displayed some of the symptoms but it seems it's not the thing but something similar but treatable as the measures I took actually show an effect. Still. Scary. Really scary.
