I love that for the last 20+ years we’ve needed to fly to visit each other my best friend always insists on picking me up at the airport. The only difference this visit is it’s the first one where we’re not sleeping in the same bed. New house = I have my own room. Kinda miss that!

Also tons of leadership training and opportunities for women in my experience. Being in a sorority and a college athlete taught me rape culture is real in some fraternities and on men’s sports teams. Vile wherever it exists but I wouldn’t abolish it all because some men are criminals.

The muscle mass loss really worries me. Trying to stay ahead of it but maybe it’s a losing battle? I haven’t tried any HRT yet but my friend’s been on a patch. Thanks for sharing what you’ve learned. Gonna ask about HRT options at my check up next month.

It’s got to. There no reason I can find that any of us should be gaining at the rate we are. I Google my recent gain and learned is have had to eat 21,000 extra calories in a week to make it happen. 😂 I definitely didn’t do that.
