New orthopedic surgeon. I said I had to go to Boston, his mouth literally opened. He said he could. 20 mins from the apt. In Maine. I did get an injection today. It does feel quite a bit better than before. There's no rotator cuff anymore. So we're going for reverse shoulder replacement.

I have a really good pulmonologist who doesn't want to rush things is willing to look at an immunosuppressant but again doesn't want to rush something, and is actually listening to me.
