Dear diary, Small victory today. I used the hotel gym instead of doomscrolling all night. That’s it 😁

"Jealousy is the grave of affection." Mary Baker Eddy I say this bc I felt it recently & I do not understand it. The person affected didn’t deserve it and I feel shame. I need to understand it & quell it. — bc it is a poison that kills the giver and the receiver. & I will cut ties b4 hurting them

A bit of a metaphor of my life right now. I need to follow my path. Make my choices. Decide where I want to go. The fences are there to help me make my choices my own, and to let people in once I have done the work to know who I want or don’t want walking beside me

Rediscovering poetry (among other things) and this is one of my all time favourite poems. I’m a hopeless romantic who loses reality in face of words beautifully strung together

Hey hey! So I opened up my account back there again but doing small doses. This place is calm but you don’t get many reactions.

Driving back home today I drove past this and decided to turn back. Glad I did. The drive was foggy and slippery. But driving in it was exhilarating. Made me feel alive.

Looked you up. Took a break from hell. This place isn’t as exciting but my overall happiness improved. Not ruling out going back but am much happier for now not depending on dopamine hits from likes or triggers. Take care friend
