I’ve passed on “perfect” ideas with the wrong founders. I’ve also bet on founders who didn’t have it all figured out—but I felt they’d make it work. At the early stage, you’re backing the person, not just the pitch. But of course, it's one of the hardest things to due diligence! More on this later

Thought of the day for startup founders: Can't emphasize enough how important establishing team processes is even if you're a 2-3 person team. Like -Ownership of key workflows and relationships -Organized, strategic meetings -Effective sharing of internal and external info So much more! What else?
