The Last House was actually great! I was initially excited when I saw the trailer and then kind of decided it was maybe a 2020 pandemic movie that didn't get cancelled. Which I think it probably was but I couldn't guess where it was going and it was enjoyable.

I do really like Silo but the overarching politics of the before-time is extremely grating. The Iran stuff, the billionaire good guy, the government competence. It's just like...from another era. I haven't read it yet so maybe it'll pan out.
