There's no national registry. And you have to be caught & tried to end up on a state registry. Hence, why Meek Mill put a $2,000 bounty out on that 1 guy. Which, I think of as nicely for Mill, but badly for the community. It shouldn't take money to incentivise justice.

It was an oddly cold June morning in NC. She said, "It's cold. I should've worn your jacket." I assumed I misheard her, because I often mishear things due to Mast Cell Inflammation in my ears. She has a jacket I always assumed I lost in a move. I gave it to her the night we eloped. 19/21

The most precious memories involving Lyla. An uncle of mine was the 1 person who could put me in contact with her & he died in 2023. And she doesn't do social media. The last time I saw her was at a doctor's office June last year. 17/21

I hate that the other driver who had no license fled the scene, I'm grateful for the airbag expanding at 250 mph concussing me, especially striking the left side of my head where the injury from 18-19 was. The concussion took a LONG TIME to heal, but once it did I began to regain memories. 16/21

We eloped after I turned 18 before she went off for college. Due to lots of trauma, those head injuries, & however long ISM attacked my brain I had memory issues. My parents hated my childhood sweetheart who had been my girlfriend since age 4. 15/21

I've only talked about it on threads, but I have a wife. It's complicated & the hardest part of this. I sustained a near fatal head injury as a child & another severe head injury around 18-19 that took me out of school & work for a month. This is where it gets complicated. 14/21

So I sent them those files. Then the insurer's nurse medical case manager calls & asks why I had only sent that over. I told her that's all that was requested to get my claim moving forward. So my case manager's request created the illusion that I didn't seek treatment. 12/21

To add to all this, stress makes Systemic Mastocytosis worse & the insurer knows this. They would like me to return to work, but they are my biggest hurdle to return to work. And my ltd was supposed to start back in January. 10/21

I'm out of a lot of supplements already, but I'm more concerned about the rent and utilities I currently can't pay. And I exhausted my 401k last April. I made it by with the help of some friends that held me over until I got the std money. But now that money is gone. 9/21

My body is in a CONSTANT state of repair & the things I need to help with ALL this is not covered by insurance. Although my body density is now at a level of Osteopenia, instead of Osteoporosis, I can't risk falls because of the drop foot sustained after my wreck. 6/21

For some ppl with lSM, they can be near asymptomatic, meaning their bone marrow does create too many mast cells, but they aren't easily set off. But I fall in the reactive group. I know AI triggers ppl, but my screenshots are accurate & from Google & are accurate synopses. 5/21

The insurer knows this. I finally started physical therapy. But now that I'm out of money, I'm also out of things that help my body recover. My diet is extremely limited. I can't do NDAIDS, pain meds, or corticosteroids (as I was already allergic to them) because of the SM. 4/21

They know I have to pay a fee for this now & it can take 3-5 days to get it. But they waited to tell me instead telling me when they needed it. I have Systemic Mastocytosis, an incurable disease that complicates EVERYTHING. My immune system is regularly attacking my body. 3/21

I fear the insurer has restarted the claim, as they already did once adding 45 days. They tell me nothing until something is wrong. If they told me last month before they sent paperwork to ortho, I could've gotten it taken care of faster as they know my orthopedist outsources std/Ltd paperwork. 2/21

I don't think Cyclospora is some mystery. In his first term, Trump allowed farmers to use contaminated water. This was supposed to end by 2024. After 2025, Farmers assess water dangers and choose to tell the FDA if they wish as there is no certified FDA testing.
