I'm not important and don't really matter. My group is not important and matters as much as I do. Our words stand on their own. Citing authorities as support for a position is logic fault. Think for yourself.

The 'they could also entrench the companies already on top' bit is key to why those in the AI/data biz want/invite federal level government oversight: 1 - To quelch/quash competition and protect their competitive advantage. 2 - Those in Congress are easier to MICE than those in the States.

Yes - Freedom isn't free. But, how is IRN a threat to USA's/USAian's freedoms? We say Marshall's 'Americans are gonna ...' statement is more accurate this way: 'Some Americans are gonna have to make some sacrifices, some are not, and some are gonna make a shitload of money, some are not.'

Hey Jamelle! 14A, Sec. 1, was 'rewritten' by SCOTUS long ago. See 169 U.S. 649 (1898). If today's SCOTUS acts in support of EO 14160, it most likely won't be because of your assertion of the 'Unitary Executive Theory' but because of what SCOTUS said in 1898. Cheers,

To use 'to demean and mark those' is to grossly, substantively, severely, and materially understate what's underway. What's occurring is a systemic campaign to dehumanize those seen as, inter alia, political enemies. Once the dehumanization occurs, the 'violent, cruel, or unnecessary' comes easy.
