you can DIY by opening regedit, going to "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows", making a new key called "WindowsCopilot" and creating a DWORD value under it called "TurnOffWindowsCopilot" and setting it to 1. you'll have to restart for this to take effect tho
