Sigh. 10 days to BLFC. 2 roommates backed-out. Carpool backed-out. Less than a week and a half and we still haven't been told if we have a party suite. Honestly, if I weren't DJing, I would just pull the plug on the trip at this point. None of my friends can even make it, why am I going?

Calling it now, I'm predicting that 2027 will be the first year CIG funding goes down, not up. Not enough text to get into why here, but it's basically that millions of new players will finally hit alpha fatigue combined with macroeconomic factors. Even with Sq42 Release in 2027, number go down.

Had to diagnose a PC issue for my wife's gaming PC. I was almost certain it was a PSU or GPU issue, that's usually what it is, but this time it's a RAM stick that went bad. G.Skill Trident RGB 8GB dual-channel stick, so she lost 16GB of RAM in her machine. =/ At least it still works!

Made some homemade Yui Xiang Ro Dz for lunch again today. Definitely getting the hang of it more, this is the best I've made so far. Impossible to compare to restaurant, though, because mine's more traditionally accurate and not over-sweetened or over-oiled.

Ahhh yes, how I'd forgotten how The Barrens is a massive deathtrap. Wandering patrols of 3 or more mobs with mount speed, mobs that summon 2-3 more mobs to kill you, and how very, very fragile you are where one extra pull probably means death. Done with that for the day after 8 deaths. =P

While I'm really bummed about the Fed raising the interest rates, I also understand it's necessary for both quantitative easing and for a possible economic reset to get the titans to cut back their profit margins and gains, which have been out of control. Gonna hurt a lot more before it gets better.

Made some epic tier teriyaki grilled chicken for dinner tonight, my wife absolutely devoured it. And she normally hates Asian food, lol. I also made homemade duck sauce, she likes to put sweet and sour sauce on her teriyaki. She couldn't stop eating it, lol. Great success.

Whew! Just finished my 10-minute Free Fire set for this Friday at Dog house Rave Night. I've never had to mix that fast before, it was a challenge! No single track played for more than 75 seconds. Switching tracks that fast that often (9 tracks in a 10-minute set) is VERY hard work! Took many takes.

So I disabled all of Gmail's "smart features", which basically allow their AI program to sniff your entire mailbox. They wrapped-up a TON of non-AI features in that program now, which never needed the AI before, just to punish those who opt-out, showing who Google really is.
