Maybe trans should voluntarily start wearing pink triangles like the ones we were originally given in the 1930s. Segregation, bans, separate services, stripped of legal recognition, laws rewritten to exclude us, hate speech protected. Pretty much matches up . @UKLabour

A good effort by Carla teasing away at the reasoning behind the government's position. The government's position is out of line with the ECtHR judgment and agreement which brought the GRA into existence. The SC judgment itself does not solve any known real world problem only creates problems.
