Newcastle and Palace picking up points, but disjointed. Whereas Rose & Arbeola are looking out of their depth. 110

Khilali seems to switch off and bomb forward, whereas Mitchell has the instinct to defend. Problem is that they both go together, under Glasner Munoz went for the counters and Mitchell only joined sustained attacks. 020

I’ll back Sage in that he obviously sees a player there, and he is young and will only get better. We’re all moaning about the defence, and he is the weakest point in that unit. 210

He’s very much a tactician. I still think sorting a defence out is a far easier job than getting a team scoring, and only 5 teams have scored more. 000

All with Sarr, Mateta and Henderson missing. I can tell you for free that Glasner wouldn’t be getting wins without those three. 210

Maybe the explosiveness of a Sarr or Mateta might add something else, but I really enjoy the intricacies. First goal today reminded me of that classic Jack Wilshire goal. 010

We just went to the club shop (also not at all set up for a matchday). My lad is 3 so the low key event was okay. At £7.50 for the two of us it’s hard to complain too much. 100
