I experimented a lot with the dying process this time. The dye is alcohol based, so if you dampen the leather before or after, it creates some fun effects when you gently apply diluted dye! isopropyl alcohol dripped on also causes watery droplet effects.

got my paws on some angelus acrylic finisher (top coat) and this shine is gorgeoussss. i wasnt a fan of their satin top coat (it made things kinda have a white cast to it?) but this. i love this.

the work is mysterious and important @junijwi.crowcouncil.art · 25/06/2026

mainly used birminghampen inks! 1 pt extradimensional umber 1 pt ladybug 3 pts tesla coil 3 parts sterling silver tesla coil and extradimensional umber are sheening inks, which is how the ink ends up metallic/glossy! sterling silver helps with shading, too.
