Detention center staff devastated The center provided safe standards of medical care to at least six detainees who died in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody in 2025, according to internal comments posted on and later removed from the ICE website. The review found that staff at multiple ICE detention centers mismanaged medications, skipped physical exams, ignored lab orders and delayed treatment for sick detainees.
