Also do a veggie & vegan version of this AirBnb Irish breakfast: roast potato bites in paprika & garlic, roast tomatoes with chilli oil & smoked salt, bacon, sausages, sautéed spinach in white pepper, butter & nutmeg, love-heart fried egg with seaweed. They also ate four slices of toast with butter!

Well worth a watch on #Netflix. Great storytelling, genuinely inventive and leads into the grim retelling of the Aileen Carol Wuornos story in a smart way. #Trauma in childhood, sometimes it makes homosapiens very very mad.

Impromptu trip yesterday to beautiful #Howth, then back to #BullIsland bird sanctuary, amidst talk of brown bears, UFOs over Colorado, art and a host of other warped nuggets. Then gorgeous lunch at #TheGravediggers, cemetary, #Botanics; home for liqueur and early night. Pretty much, the perfect day.

Nothing beats a bowl of homemade #guacamole for lunch. I make mine by smashing two 🥑 + juice of half a lime (stops it browning); then add good pinch of seasalt, 5 cut cherry tomatoes, 1 small chopped red onion, chilli flakes, fresh coriander & rest of lime at end. Blanco Nino blue tortilla chips. 😋

Weirdy, it's been German & French punters only this year, a few Canadians...Americans aren't travelling due to 🍊-man warfare and zero Australians too, flight paths too dodgy now.

I get yearly voucher as a Superhost (big deal!). We take breaks at this gorgeous old #cottage on Achill Island (it's literally about the size of a caravan, overlooking mountains & sea). We're going for a few days in September. It's on this stretch of road up at Granuaile’s Castle. #spooky #historic

One of our Airbnb speciality breakfasts: smashed avocado with chilli flakes & lime on giant toast wirh loveheart-shaped fried eggs, a sprinkling of paprika, dried rose petals & fresh coriander! A vegan version involves baked crispy chickpeas & paprika peanut butter on top instead. Notions, why yes!

Absolute highlight was the can of #Pepsi Gordon found in a box in Antarctica and he ingested 50+ Yr old prunes found inside. I had no idea he was bringing this to the showcase last night. After writing a Sci-Fi story about the box, the cans set me on fire! He is also an incredible artist & painter.
