On TV if it looks like no one is here, no one is here. This is the emptiest I have seen this building.

View from Section 225 at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit for the Senators vs Red Wings game on October 6, 2026. There are not many people in the stands.

It's right up there with the Red Wings offense.

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

I am not sure that will help. I think they could miss an empty net at this point.

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

That felt like a funeral. Do not recommend.

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

This is by far the most depressing hockey game I have been to. I'm here to boo Larkin. Mission accomplished. The only thing keeping the score close is that the Rangers are also not particularly good.

Sad. I had my sister check if she can see it because she doesn't have a MLBTV subscription (I have one from the Tigers as a STH) and hers looks like mine. But she is in Michigan. Blackouts are stupid.

They recently added a DSN tab in the MLB App to stream the Red Wings. It's weird (and will be a trivia question some day) but I streamed the last preseason game and it works.

110

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Annoying. Can you stream it through the MLB App? For me that currently says to come back on the 4th for more Red Wings hockey.

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Isn't the second game on DSN? I could have sworn they said that it was on the last preseason broadcast. I gave up on TNT (don't want to hear them tell the truth about how awful this team is, that is better coming from Mick) and bought a 50% off ticket to the game (parking costs more lol).

According to Scott Harris today, it was starting pitching giving 1 or 2 extra runs and poor defense behind the bullpen pitchers that was the main problem. What a joke.

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

My end of season press conference takeaway: Scott Harris will only entertain growing the team from within. The majority of next year's roster will have 1 year or less experience. He seems to think they all will be like Kevin. The bullpen was not the problem, fielding and starting pitching were. 😂

Good night, Comerica Park. Until we meet again.

Comerica Park in Detroit Michigan from Section 114 after the final game of the Detroit Tigers 2026 season. The scoreboard says "Thank you, fans".

Unfortunately, the rules state that if a fan touches the ball before it goes in the hole, it is fan interference and is ruled no pizza. People sitting in those seats do not realize the power they hold and consistently choose the ball over being pizza heroes for the masses.

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Haha! This is the second time this season that fan interference resulted in no pizza. People sitting there need to realize they could be heroes by letting it roll into the pizza hole.

And just like that, only one ticket remains. The season did not go as planned but there were still some incredible moments. I am going to miss baseball. Final 2026 game total at Comerica Park for me: 70.

Screenshot of my tickets in the Ballpark app. Only one game remains. Pirates at Tigers at 3:10pm.

And I am only contemplating taking them up on that offer so I don't have to watch it on TNT.

Last Party in the Park of the season. Celebrating JV and nearly a full moon. Gonna miss baseball. 2 more games to go.

Fireworks in center field at Comerica Park in Detroit. There is a cloud covered nearly full moon and the scoreboard is black with a blue JV with Justin Verlander's silhouette.

And the Mets for a hot second. I honestly wondered if he was trying to play for all the orange teams. 😂

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I will chuckle every time I stream the Wings on the MLB app this season. Unfortunately if there is a baseball lockout, it will also make me sad.

¡Fiesta Tigres! at Comerica Park with Lions tailgating outside is quite the combo. Go Detroit Ligers!

Outside the main entrance for Comerica Park in Detroit on September 13th, 2026. The Tigers play the Colorado Rockies at 12:10 and the Lions play the Saints at Ford Field at 1:00. Lions tailgating in the parking lots in front of the ballpark. The big Tiger statue is in the distance.

Me in front of the Comerica Entrance at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. I am wearing a blue Detroit Lions Brian Branch (#32) jersey under a white Detroit Tigers Max Clark (#15) jersey that is unbuttoned and a blue, home Detroit Tigers hat.

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

Right there with you. When I am at games, I stay till the end because if I leave early, they will hit it into the pizza hole and I don't want to miss that. Haha But TV is just because I can't stop watching a train wreck, apparently.

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

They need to just forfeit the rest of the games.

130

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

Dingler is broken. Something is wrong with him. He can't hit, is awful at challenging, and now throws it into the outfield when they have a guy in a pickle?

120

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

I may have my second season seat available for September 12th (waiting on friend's decisions). I have friends/family going to the rest of them that aren't the single seat rows (trying to sit in all 16 of those and will be at 15/16 by the end of this season).

110

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Unfortunately, I have tickets to the last 12 home games and have to watch the train wreck continue in person. 🫠

210

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

But you missed Díaz giving up another HR and staying in the game. He is over his head but they are just going to let him try to work it out.

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

McKinstry is going to pitch tonight, isn't he? *Sigh* It is open tryout season for the Mud Hens, I mean, Tigers. I wish they would just stop talking like they are trying to win any of these games because they clearly just want to get all the rookies all the reps.

000

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

It's almost like a mediocre bullpen who over performed in 2024, showed us who they were in 2025, and is worse in 2026 because we added bargain pitchers who are at the end of their careers isn't working out. Who could have seen this coming? Certainly not Scott Harris.

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

They need to clean out the bullpen and start over. But Harris will just get some bargains at the end of their careers and claim to shore it up like he's done the last 2 seasons.

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

The bullpen is displaying exactly what it has been the last 2 seasons. Harris needs to go.

001

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 18/08/2026

Don't worry, Scott Harris loves this bullpen.

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

Sure the bats cooled off but the real reason they lost is the bullpen is still awful.

000

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

Maybe if Harris had done literally anything to help the bullpen, Hanifee wouldn't be here to go 0.0 with 3 earned runs and we would still be in this game.

020

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Awful. The front office gave up on this team.

100

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Seems like Scott Harris is ok riding with this awful bullpen. He clearly isn't serious about trying to make the playoffs.

020

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

I think they keep Mize. Have a better chance of signing him during free agency than Skubal. We aren't far enough out to be five alarm sellers. Basically everyone ahead of us in the standings lost today too.

000

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 01/08/2026

Now this might be a score that the bullpen can defend. At least 12 runs in an inning is a bit much to ask for a comeback.

110

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 01/08/2026

To me the real question is why did they bring him up now instead of waiting 2 weeks? They lose a year of team control and this is now his rookie season. If they are truly sellers as all of the sports media now predicts, this move makes little sense. Maybe we will shore up the bullpen and make a run.

Andy Dirks after the Grand Slam: "That's what we call breathing room." Tigers fans; "You do remember the last game, right?"

010

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 22/07/2026

I didn't actually turn the game off. Because I like to torture myself. Can't win if you can't score. Also hard to win when the starting pitcher gives up 4 runs in 0.2 innings and position players pitch the 7th and 8th.

000

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 22/07/2026

Well, my night seems to have freed up. #tigers

Julz 👩‍🔬 @julzgleer.bsky.social · 05/07/2026

The Tigers have E team announcers on Peacock. They stole Petry from DSN and he's literally the best one of them all. The play by play guy doesn't like to actually describe plays. If you are going to option a game to a streaming only "national" broadcast, at least have someone good call the game.
