My end of season press conference takeaway: Scott Harris will only entertain growing the team from within. The majority of next year's roster will have 1 year or less experience. He seems to think they all will be like Kevin. The bullpen was not the problem, fielding and starting pitching were. 😂

It's almost like a mediocre bullpen who over performed in 2024, showed us who they were in 2025, and is worse in 2026 because we added bargain pitchers who are at the end of their careers isn't working out. Who could have seen this coming? Certainly not Scott Harris.

The Tigers have E team announcers on Peacock. They stole Petry from DSN and he's literally the best one of them all. The play by play guy doesn't like to actually describe plays. If you are going to option a game to a streaming only "national" broadcast, at least have someone good call the game.

The Tigers failed tonight, but I ate this for dinner (because I am an adult): elephant ear, apples, vanilla ice cream, cracker jacks, caramelized hot dog crumbles, whipped cream, and maraschino cherries. All the food groups if you count the popcorn in cracker jacks as a vegetable.

Another downfall of MLB blackouts: if a national broadcast is cut into by FOX News, you can't switch from cable to streaming the game on MLBTV if you are in network for the teams playing. Not that this Tigers game is worth putting back on, but annoying.
