Wacom recently asked me to talk about why I make queer comics, and given there are multiple bills right now floating around in congress that are effectively "we will kill your livelihood if we get a sniff of queer" I had some pretty strong, simply feelings to relay.

I need to make more art of Bacchus. I wanna rip him apart just a little. Make him a sad clown.

It’s that time of year where I break my depression and impulse make entire props for no reason. This year I’m embracing that I’m a furry and making a partial fur suit. This is my progress thus far. #furry #fursuit #wip

Not my best colour work but yay!! The left boy belongs to @julianstop.bsky.social and the right boy belongs to @acethekidd.bsky.social !! #artsky #ocsky

A screenshot of a drawing program along with a finished bust drawing of an original character belonging to @acethekidd. The character dons a doctor outfit and has a glowing halo on top of his head. The character has one covered eye and the other stares directly at the viewer. There is a green box background behind him.

Two pieces of character bust. On the left is a Drow with his tongue stuck out slightly, looking playful while on the right is a doctor character looking directly at the viewer.

A word balloon saying “AI makes art more accessible” above a sketchy drawing of Beethoven at a piano. Below, it’s says “Beethoven was literally deaf. Stfu and pick up a pencil.”

Keith Haring died of AIDS aged 31 on 16 Feb 1990. One of his last works, Unfinished Painting, was deliberately incomplete, reflecting the devastating, unquantifiable loss to the arts due to AIDS. #LGBTplusHistoryMonth

A square canvas. Only the top corner is filled with Harings distinctive figures, rendered in Lavender, the rest is blank.

Just began the process of getting my biggest tattoo! Let me tell ya, this is probably the most painful one yet. I do not recommend inner thigh tattoos as a first. #tattoo

It is going to be a full leg wrap down to my ankle of different sharks swimming in the ocean. We decided to just start small and slow, everything will be shaded and the water will be added after the sharks.

Penelope Bepho (you guessed it, DND), is a magic student studying necromancy. I don’t have much on her as she is for a more casual game and meant to be the type to be sweet and cute but secretly super F’ed up. Design obviously based on Cult of the Lamb.

Julianstop @julianstop.bsky.social · 11/12/2024

Arland Jax (another DND character) is an ex-rock star turned gun for hire. She is a Lashunta icon, raised to be smart and skillful, but wound up smart, skillful and crazy. She ran from home at an early age, not wanting to be a book worm, became a star, got bored, then ran from that too.

(2/2) became involved think that this rampant theft was something extraordinary. After trapping a ~10 year old Nips, she was adopted into the bureau and raised to be an agent with the BDI. She is cold, mean, and to the point but is working on being nicer and making friends now.

Julianstop @julianstop.bsky.social · 11/12/2024

(1/2)This is Nips, another character I play in another DND campaign. She is a tabaxi rouge designed after a Pallas’s cat. She grew up an orphan in some of the worst parts of her home city, where she learned how to steal to survive. She got so good that the BDI (bureau of dimensional investigations)-

This is Dewdrop, my Hallow Knight OC. She is a glass wing butterfly who is a part of the Grimm Troupe. She preforms in nail dancing and makes flower crowns. She is sweet, naïve, strong, and knows how to hold a grudge. She once lost her eye while exploring the ruins of Hallow Nest.

Dewdrops original design based of a glassing butterfly.

A piece I made to look somewhat biblical, mostly focused on her new design post-Troupe, after Ghost defeats Grimm.

Next up is Milo! He is my elf wizard I play as in a dnd campaign. A little bit of a fashionista, he cares about his friends/family and is working towards learning anything and everything about magic. He has a cat familiar and a pet chaos weasel. He is currently wanted by three+ cities.

(2/2) granting him power and authority, but it quickly grew tiresome and boring. After Mod stumbled their way into his throne room with Beck, Miguel took the chance to bind himself to Mod and leave, abandoning duties and living outside of hell. If he were to return, it would have dire consequences.

000

Julianstop @julianstop.bsky.social · 11/12/2024

(1/2)Miguel’s (he/him) situation is possibly the most complicated. He is a demon possessed angel. Both the demon and angel occupy the same body and often conflict in who shows through, though it is often the demon half. Miguel rises the ranks in his universes hell after possessing an angel,

Julianstop @julianstop.bsky.social · 11/12/2024

Beck (he/him) is a shapeshifter, picked up by Mod after her bout in his dimension. He is a soft hearted man, preferring peace over violence. Unfortunately, Beck joined Mod after his ex boss was murdered by Mod after they assaulted Beck. He became suspect no.1, thus causing him to run.

000

Julianstop @julianstop.bsky.social · 11/12/2024

Mod (she/they) is an inter dimensional being that hops between dimensions. They come from a family of these beings that rule over any dimension they travel to and demand controls of the narrative. She disagreed with their rule and began a rebellion against her own kind. Now she is on the run.
