One of the great things about having ME/CFS with comorbid anxiety disorder is that on the days you feel good and have the energy to do things you’re constantly wringing your hands worrying about whether or not you’ll overdo it and what if you DO burn out and maybe you should stop but etc. 😶‍🌫️

Inktober without a prompt list, day 2. Yes, I like trees! Amsterdam acrylic inks and dip pen. I bought this sketchbook in London, it’s from Stillman & Brin, an American company. The paper is smooth but still a bit textured and is as white an as American pop star’s teeth. #art #inktober

A friend of mine sent me her alternative Inktober prompt list and as I started working on them I remembered how originally the whole point of Inktober was that “on the spot” character of the challenge. I’ve seen many artists looking down upon those who prepare in September but 🤷🏼‍♀️ #inktober
