This week, having carefully considered the proposed development at Motspur Park which falls within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Borough of Merton, I approved this scheme to deliver 586 homes with 175 affordable (35% by habitable room).

Good to visit @london-fire.bsky.social's zero emission pumping appliance earlier this week, which is the first of its kind in the UK. Having now attended over 600 incidents, it's a clear example of the efforts being made across public services in London towards achieving net zero.
