Thank you, Julie. Aiden was a good guy. In the last months he referred to me as his big brother.... The whole thing is tragic and I watched him break down for years w/o the capacity to intervene.... However, we know he had a mental breakdown but we don't know how and why he died in custody...

Aiden was afraid of local police. He felt they were involved in the death of his parents. He believed that they were out to kill him, one officer in particular. That said, he was having a mental health crisis and was breaking down. I don't know why he was put in custody instead of hospital lockdown.
