jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 24/07/2025This is probably my favorite #fantasyromance #romantasy #fanart I’ve come across. It features Jude&Cardan from The Folk of the Air series by #HollyBlack first book is The Cruel Prince #art #bookstory #booksky ❤️’d this series especially Jude-she’s a great FMC& haven’t come across anyone like her yet 2224
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 24/07/2025Recs for #fantasyromance that includes a horrible betrayal that’ll make me sob&scream?!?!&the MMC grovels&the FMC takes a whole book or 2 or longer to forgive him (cool w multiple MMCs) oh wait, do u know of one where the FMC goes in hiding and isn’t found until she wants to be?? #booksky #bookstory 020
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 24/07/2025Ok so now we’re censoring tv programs too god f*ck damn it it’s just more nasty shite on the shit pile that is “what else can we do to f*ck over human rights?!?!” #WHATAREWEDOINGAMERICA can’t believe I’m alive for this shit 031
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025Okay I’ve read like, tons more but that’s my interacting w social media limit 4 the day. If anyone wants to talk books with me, feel free to DM cuz talking about books is my entire personality & I’m always on the look out for other ppl who feel the same 😘 ta ta 010
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025Kushiels Legacy series by #JacquelineCarey is a beautiful written tapestry of a book. Phaedra is one of the most interesting FMCs I’ve ever read and this series imo, is in the same league as LOTR. If you love complex books and characters, this is the story for you. #booksky #bookstory 121
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025Saaaaaaame. I can’t believe that one guy! and now the other guy has me like 🧐 cuz maybe hes actually the one for her (let’s hope 😍 LOL) 000
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025Servant of the Earth by #SaraHawley was a fave read of mine last month! I really enjoyed the storyline and the FMC was amazing as well. I’m looking forward to what book 2 has in store because the way book 1 ended, (I hate cliffhangers) has me waiting on the edge of my seat. #bookstory #booksky 100
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025The MMC is STILL trying to win her back and we’re in the 3rd book! Definitely read this serious if you love chaos because this FMC is the definition of chaos baby!! (And the world is wild too 😉) 010
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025Tusk Love by #TheaGuanzon was a cozy fantasy romance that was just so cute! Cozy isn’t my usual read (I like messy, stabby, dark romances&plot) but i judge books by their cover & I loved this cover! The FMC goes on a journey and finds out just how strong she is! Luv that for u girl #booksky #bookstory 010
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025Leave me Behind by #KMMoronova was the first military romance (also first non fantasy romance) book I’ve read in a HOT minute. It was dark, it was f*cked up, it was spicy, it had guns, it had an FMC that could hold her own, what’s not to like? #booksky #bookstory 020
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025The Legacy series by #MelissaKRoehrich was really intriguing! The FMC is messy, wild, & bitchy. And I looove a bitch!! She doesn’t instantaneously forgive the MMC which I love (grovel betch!) but the whole premise and plot of the story is awesome! Sooo many twists and turns. #booksky #bookstory 110
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025The Crown of Oaths and Curses & The Throne of Honor and Blood by #JBree was soo good. I will say the first book felt a bit slow but it was sooooo refreshing reading an FMC that was old (200+ yrs) and knew what the heck she was doing!! The second book cliffhanger made me freak out #booksky #bookstory 010
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025I’m about to go on a book review (kinda sorta) rampage so stay tuned betches! I’m so shite at doing thesesocial bcuz I’m a social media lurker not a participator 😬 #bookstory #booksky 020
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 30/06/2025Currently reading #DungeonCrawlerCarl by #MattDinneman and it’s totally not what I usually read cough romantasy cough but I’m really enjoying it thus far!! Only a few chapters in and I’ve already been delighted by a few laughs and i love that for me #bookstory #booksky 030

jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 23/04/2025Seriously!! And yet they keep renewing shows like the rings of power (which no one wants) and spending bajillions on that 🙄 I cannot eye-roll enough lmao 040
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 22/04/2025#Netflix & #Amazon should bring back Kaos, Peripheral and My Lady Jane! It’s like, anytime they put out anything that’s fun, creative, thought-provoking & original, they barely give it a chance before they take it from us! But ofc they keep the dumb, has-been shows that no one wants 🙄 READ THE ROOM 131

jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 16/04/2025Booktok is like double edged sword. On the one side, it got people engaged (and excited) in reading again! On the other, a surge of mediocre books being published and flooding the market :/ GAH! #bookstory #booksky 010
jules @julesocc.bsky.social · 16/04/2025Went to FL for the weekend, brought books & didn’t read a single one.. I think the amount of shite romantasy books being released has taken its toll on me..(been on a reading break for a hot minute now) DNF after DNF. I think it’s time to hit up another genre for awhile.. I blame #booktok. #booksky 120
