"GPT-5 hardly ever hallucinates", I read from people who had preview access. Okay, then why did it take me only 3 prompts to get the first hallucination from it? Sure, it knew the number of R's in strawberry. Yet not in 2/3 of the words in a sentence with 25 characters. Maybe GPT-6 will fix it.😏
