i was testing out @effect-ts.bsky.social today and... mf had hands. I think im getting more of hang of it now, though. I hit a hurdle with `map` and `flatMap` but then discovered the holy `andThen` that just made that hurdle disappear.

Just re-implemented the Dropdowns for the Classic Era groupfinder. The blizzard implementation uses the old UIDropDownMenu API, which has been leading to taint issues for users using other addons which are still using this API as well. These are made using the new 11.0 Blizzard_Menu.
