Look at the delicious vegan dinner I got. oh my! I am so stuffed! lol. No seasoning or flavoring. this is the 4th year I’ve asked for vegan food. last year They gave me a salad for lunch & a salad with two walnuts for dinner! I was also told that out of 500 attendees only 2 are vegan. Sure Jan.

Our neighbor gave us a case of eggplant, case of potatoes & case of apples. We have spent the whole weekend making & feeezing apple pies & filling, fries, potatoes chunks, & mashed.
