I finally watched Heated Rivalry after reading the first 3 books by Rachel Reid (It was my reward for finishing my book edits because I knew I would binge watch) - WOW. It’s rare that I think a screen adaptation is as good as a book (I mean, I’m kinda biased as an author…) but they really nailed it.

The high temps have made the snow/ice on my residential unplowed street the consistency of kinetic sand. Got my car stuck in front of my house trying to leave. Took 4 neighbours, sand and road salt + a shovel, to get me out. Grateful for helpful neighbours and frustrated with unplowed streets. #yeg
