This is the program from the first time I attended the Conference on College Composition and Communication. I then saw the CCCC as my disciplinary home, and felt that I'd just walked through the doors to meet people and find my way around. I did not dream of the day those doors would be locked.

Thought I'd share this picture of my son's dog, Tiber, from a walk one morning. It's probably the first of many. He brightens our days. I hope he can do the same for others.
