Great initiative! The African Network of Constitutional Lawyers (ANCL) is still looking for 2 Latin American contributors (and possibly 1 moderator) for a cross-regional panel on the role of the military in constitution-making. If interested, please send an email to me (johannes.socher@up.ac.za).
