I live across from a polling place in Ft. Thomas. Eddie G blanketed the public median with signs overnight and two dudes on harleys rumbles up at 5:55 am. Only one went inside. A neighbor took down all the signs shortly after this picture and the harley guys tried to give him a hard time.

If you use a larger health system for your primary care it might be worth seeing if they have I house pharmacies. They’re often not convenient, but they’re in network and usually a much better experience than Walgreens.

The strait being open to everyone was a uniquely difficult equilibrium that was left over from the Cold War. It was only possible bc of an anticipated massive US response to any attempt to disrupt it. Now that everyone knows we’re governed by drunk monkeys it’s a whole new world.

Everyone in the region can close the strait with military force, but nobody can force it to open. The only way it opens is through diplomacy. So as long as diplomacy has not succeeded, someone will always have an incentive to close the strait through force.

It was like that when The Internet was new in the 90s. Everyone just sprinkled “online” pixie dust on all their old crap. Some of it was better but a lot of it wasn’t. Then it all crashed and the hype died down and people got to work rebuilding things in ways that made sense with online.
