"Gender-affirming care" is fiction. Mental disorders have to be treated with psychotherapy. People have to leran to accept their body and their sexual orientation.

I don't question the fact that there are people who consider themselves trans, but in my opinion it is a mental disorder (like body dysmorphic disorder) that often goes hand in hand with homosexuality, which is not a mental disorder.

There are medical reasons for prescribing hormones and also for plastic surgery (being trans is not one of them). But there are also purely cosmetic reasons.

Girls are also sexualized from puberty onwards. Girls and women in general are more likely to be seen as victims. The experience of menstruation is often not positive. Such negative experiences can lead to girls wanting to flee to the opposite sex.

I believe that people who consider themselves trans are making a false assumption. They identify characteristics or interests in themselves that they associate with the opposite sex and then CONCLUDE that they themselves are trapped in the wrong body.
