Following yesterday's loss, #AVFC have a win percentage of 59% this season (29 wins in 49 games). The last season we had a higher win % in a single season was in 1980/1981 where Villa were crowned champions of England (61%). That season Villa played 42 games in total❗️

I find all this quite interesting. In 46 odd years going down Villa Park, I’ve never known a time when we weren’t complaining that the atmosphere isn’t what it used to be. I agree sometimes it can go a bit flat but I don’t think the fall off is as dramatic as some suggest……
