Crimea voted for independence??? The referendum you refer to was conducted at russian gunpoint with russians tallying and reporting the votes. There is other data, such as survey data reported in this graph published(but not created by) USAid. Which do you find more credible?

Both Ukraine and Georgia were denied NATO MAPs in 2008. If you want to go with the W tried argument then we must accept that W didn't try hard enough, making W instrumental in two invasions. Ukrainians didn't want to join NATO until after the 2014 invasion, putting the tankie lie to rest.

I do have some notes. First, I believe that total equipment losses should be the top row. It's where I expect it to be. I would also move GRS into land based systems. An air and sea based system row could serve as an identifiable divider, especially if a different background color is used.
