Russia killed five children in Pryluky. A Russian missile struck a residential building. At least 19 people were killed and 55 injured. Oleksandr, Kyrylo and Serhii were only one year old. Maksym was eight. Rescuers later found a fifth child beneath the rubble.

This time, it was the small town of Pryluky in Ukraine’s Chernihiv region. An ordinary residential building, one of thousands across Ukraine. There is no conceivable justification for treating a home like this as a military target.

The lack of response from the West to these and other actions by fascist Russia will be perceived as weakness by Putin, and encourage him to escalate his aggression. Incidents like these will become more frequent and more serious the longer there is no serious response from the civilized world.

Earlier today, two commercial ships were struck by drones in Bulgaria's Exclusive Economic Zone in the Black Sea. One sank and the other was seriously damaged. The origin of the drones is still under investigation.
I have just spoken with Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev about this serious attack. Sweden stands in full solidarity with our NATO Ally Bulgaria.
