One last thing - if ur thinking oh it can't be that serious... I had my diagnosis confirmed by a neurologist who specialises in migraine treatment because it is so heavily linked to migraines. It really can be that serious. I didn't develop chronic migraine until I was 25 or 26. Im 31 now.

Seeing the cool swirly lights when you're falling asleep isn't the same thing! So I'm not including that here. I was unaware people combined these things together though, but I guess it makes sense if you aren't actively aware that there might ALWAYS be a static film over your vision lol

Saw a video about falling asleep and "seeing the TV static when I close my eyes" and like... please, I beg, look up visual snow syndrome and see if it fits? It's caused me so many issues and I wish I'd had a name for it sooner.

There really is a whole mess of people out there walking around who just dunno they got visual snow syndrome, huh? A reminder to the wider world, seeing "static" when you close your eyes isn't normal and can be linked to increased light sensitivity, chronic migraine, n other health stuff.

For my non American friends who keep hearing how incredible ranch dressing is Use good quality mayonnaise. Trust

Dry mix

½ cup Dry Buttermilk Powder
3 tablespoons dried Parsley
1 tablespoon granulated Garlic
2 teaspoons granulated Onion
2 teaspoons dried Dill weed
1 teaspoon dried Onion Flakes
1 teaspoon dried Chives
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon granulated sugar

To make Ranch Dressing: combine 1 tablespoon seasoning mix with ½ cup mayonnaise and ½ cup whole milk. Whisk to combine and refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes. Stir when ready to use.
