Henrietta challenges the farm dog as to why he thinks it is her definitely not adopted son that is terrorizing the farm. Probably her. She's a bully, and an antagonist but I just like her design a whole lot. Though that also seems to be a divisive topic. I find people either like the way she looks, or think she just looks too weird, lol. I'm a big fan of the no forehead design.

Been working on a pitch for a middle grade horror graphic novel. It's like Shock City meets Goosebumps. I normally do humor based work, but it has been incredibly fun to work on something totally different.

This is an idea that's been rattling around in my noggin for a good while now. Cryptid Scouts (like the Cub Scouts, but for cryptids). Never really developed it too much. What constitutes a cryptid seems to be a pretty divisive conversation. In fact, pretty sure only Sassy in this instance is one.

I prefer tight sketches, as I find a good structure really helps me as I progress through to final rendering. Though there are still adjustments I make in between, like in this piece. Was way too symmetrical, so a head tilt really helped. #kidlit #artshare
