So, big excitement. I have a completed cover for the next book in #thehuntersymphony. I still have editing to do before it releases, but it's coming soon. I think this will be a great one for fans of the series. 💙📚🪐 #books #booksky #wip #writing #writingcommunity

Got a new cover proposal from my designer. Thought I'd see what people think. "The Hunter Descant" will be an offshoot book in #TheHunterSymphony. 💙📚🪐 #books #booksky #wip #writing #writingcommunity #author

Whitney is just a normal trans woman, prowrestling wizard trying to make it in a man's world. Too bad she met #TrevorHarrison. Things always get complicated when that happens. Now she's trying to clean up her life and when more problems find her. 🪐📚💙 #booksky #books www.amazon.com/dp/B09LVZPS4Y

Well, it's certainly interesting. More interesting than good. You can figure it all out pretty early, but the flick is as much a work in world building as anything else. If you have a tolerance for slow pacing, you might enjoy it. 🎞📽🎬 #film #filmsofbluesky #horror

Just finished the first "Vampire Hunter D" novel. I've enjoyed the movie, and I've finally read the original. It was good. A great atmosphere taken from the amazing old Hammer Dracula films. It's no wonder it has fascinated readers since 1985. 🪐📚💙 #author #books #booksky #films #filmsky

With all the "Paranormal Activity" movies I've been watching, I should mention my own haunting-adjacent book. #TrevorHarrison has to deal with a town haunted by a terrible monster of strange origin in a small town in Mississippi. 🪐📚💙 #books #booksky #autism www.amazon.com/dp/B07RZPSM7X

Okay. Finished the series today. The last one was a better movie than the two before it, but the bar is low. I think it was good splitting off to a new story, but the magic didn't return. In the end, I think 1 and 2 are worth it. I'd stop there. #films #filmsky #horror

020

Josh D Sanders @joshdsanders.bsky.social · 19/04/2025

Ooof. First, this one is better than the last two. However, the continuity is now destroyed. The first and second movies are almost non-cannon by these. Also, the characterization of these people is ridiculous. As they're getting bigger, they're worse. One more to go. #film #filmsky #horror

Oh boy. We are so far above the shark right now. They are actively screwing up their own series now. This managed to be dull and insane. The story is gone, and they failed to create relatable characters. Here's hoping it all improves. 🎬📽🎞 #film #filmsky #horror

Okay, 2 wasn't bad. The continuity is holding. I'm a bit frustrated that every skeptic is skeptical to a fault. You have video of things happening. Check it and ask question. I'm a skeptic, but I would have believed something strange was happening. Still, on to 3. 🎞📽🎬 #film #filmsky #horror
