#HorrorSky #Horrorwatch 2026 (replacement) Film 6 on my list Thirst (1979) Director: Rod Hardy Not so much a Vampire movie as much as a Blood Cult movie It's overly dramatic, but the blood scenes & Chantal Contouri 's reaction to the blood makes it all worthwhile. She's fantastic 8/10

This is quite enjoyable. Great comedy thriller debut from NZ. It has a few inconsistencies, but Morgana O'Reilly is terrific. The pacing and comedy work well. A lovely surprise for me 9/10
