On Twitter I've got so many people saying that any type of negative consequences is just me arguing that Geller should be exiled from public life completely, when literally all I'm saying is that no one is owed a YouTube video essay Patreon job and losing that job isn't death.

Like... they're calling Maggie Mae Fish hitler because she said you probably shouldn't strive for e-celeb status when you have sexually assaulted someone in the past.

i love backing up and moving files. i can measure my creative output in TBs. i can see how often i used to have time to collab with friends, making me long for a less busy day job. i can be upset with myself over how poorly everything was organized and planned for. it's lit.

Extremely funny that there's a viral clip of Taylor Lorenz going around and, despite tearing into someone for not masking just months ago on instagram, she and the host are not masking in the clip. There is no belief here, it's all performance.

I, for some reason, have a DVD of Franklin and the Green Knight. I decided to rip it for our Plex, since some of my family members on our servers have kids who may like it. Anyways, tell me why one of the video files on this DVD features a CEO who looks vaguely like Jeff Gerstmann But Evil

Nicols puts down the idea that college students should be able to vote local to the college they are at, underlined in green. You are saying Nicols' point should be considered since students are only there for 4 years and won't see the impact of their votes, underlined in blue.

Awhile ago I got pissed at one of the best MST3K downloads having the most baffling, awful season/episode numbering ever, which required tons of manual renaming. I have found a worse season/episode numbering system.

Trying out a card layout for the 4e Clone Thing's power system. Here's a Daily Power: Solar Flare (Wizard Daily Power) Close Blast 3, Any Creatures in Blast 3 Attack: INT vs. AC Hit: 3d6 + INT, Target cannot use Encounter or Daily powers until your next turn

The Wizard is the most fleshed out character class so far, with maybe my favorite little "move" so far. Guide My Hand: If an ally is helping you aim your Wand while casting a Spell, then add +2 to hit with your Spell.

Shortly after Lorenz put out the Chorus piece, and when she was advocating for kids to actively be on their phones in school, she was ragged on for having a paid partnership with Bark Phone. She then said she was doing it all for free, and said she'd never be open about this in the future.

120

One Josh'd Average @joshaverage.itch.io · 22/06/2026

The thing about Taylor Lorenz is that she doesn't hold herself up to her same standards. In her Adam Friedland vid from Sept 2025, they say it was recorded ~2 years earlier (Sept 2023), and she's not masking here. I know there have been signings & photo ops where she doesn't mask, either.

some of the TADC discourse around jax basically boils down to "jax should have looked at the camera and said they are xxxxx", and those posts read like you are failing to guess the animal and blaming it on the show instead of what's between your ears

I need people to reread the surf dracula tweet and describe, in their own words, what the tweet means. I then need them to describe how the tweet applies to any 3 of the Insomniac Spider-Man games or the Wolverine trailer, cause right now it seems like a lot of y'all don't know how to read.
