The amount of time people tell me they're cutting out carbs makes me wanna scream. They've been demonized so much and now a large number of people don't understand the role they play in the body and it makes me insane. Carbs are yummy and they give you energy to move weights! I think its funny that I volunteered to move because I felt isolated and so lonely. Now my life is filled with the most wonderful people who I love so deeply. Every visit is so bittersweet. I love them all and am so grateful for the time they give me but in the back of my head I know it wont last

I hate that I have to leave I hate that my home isnt a place that I can trust to stay safe for myself or the ones I love I will meet new people that I will love but for now it feels like my heart is being removed and I have to act normal until I find it again elsewhere when I just want to stay
