My cat Serif printed this out for me as a valentines card yesterday, and tucked it in my laptop! Such a thoughtful cat...sometimes. (the card meant a lot cuz it is true 😆 )

Oh boy… came across some mild childhood church trauma today in the form of pins… anyone else even know what this is? Or were you spared the competitive Bible memorisation & other activities in the name of proving I’m the best Christian kid in my class…oh wait, I mean that I love Jesus the most? 🙃

I think after tonight I'm more sure than ever that this is my place. That american evangelicism is faaaaaar behind me. Oh boy. Talking to family who are still deep in it - is a trip. Here's a holy smoke and drink to those on the other side of that BS. Is that ok to say here? IDK...I'm new to this..
