I've just experienced Spotify advertising a Novo Nordisk podcast where they emotionally hawk you (or rather women, because it's clearly aimed at them) weight loss drugs.... sorry, "a solution excess weight". I've lost count of the number of levels of evil this is.

Today: Three trains from the green lot, two of which were short formed. One train from Chiltern, broadly fine. Five buses of various flavours, mostly reasonable. LU, a ruddy shambles and ended up paying near three times the fare because i had to use a bus between two tubes.

I've got properly bad vibes about the Madrid #F1 circuit. The last time I felt like this was watching the opening laps of the 2011 Las Vegas indycar race. The rush of F1 towards these fast street circuits with no runoffs feels like tempting fate in the absolute worst way.

I've heard a rumour this will be physically released only on the third CD single, which will be a strictly limited run of 10,000 and come with a card slip case to keep all three CD singles together. But I must stress it's only a rumour as it may be on the cassette single as well.
