Siiiiiigh. Still on the tarmac. About 45min ago they said “just waiting on paperwork, should be ten minutes, we’ll keep you updated”

My phone home sceeen showing my flight status. It’s scheduled departure was 4:45pm, it’s now 5:43pm. The widget hasn’t updated yet though, it thinks we’re in the air.

According to a developer mate, it may be a combination of that and basic geofences which will work offline because GPS is passive. As long as it can receive the signals you can find out if you’re within the preset zone

Honestly one of the best things I ever did on this site was subscribe to @xblock.aendra.dev It detects and labels screenshots from other social platforms, so you don’t have to see people’s twitter nonsense if you don’t want to. Made my skyline a much calmer place

Scruff messages on my notifications screen:
