Another portion would involve strategies for visualization of the future and intention setting - focusing on building systems that keep the ideas in your life. 'Make self-respect and understanding habitual'. This is what I've attempted in my life - with some success, and much to learn.

A portion would involve practical steps to travel inward to your subconscious to retrieve things that are repressed and hidden - following Jung and others in the path of individuation, or integrating the shadow self. I know this stuff is pretty trendy right now, but im glad. It's good and important

I'd call it Battlechest: A Toolkit for Self Growth - or something. It would talk about the *cheap, readily available, practical* methods for growing self image through intention and action. This would be the the cover (kinda). #manifesation #selfgrowth #visualization

Because, while the language is primarily about lifting up the self and building agency and the supporting belief system needed to succeed (I agree with all this). The truth is people actually need this and not this capitalist variant. The pure kind that can actually meet people where they're at.

3 people signed up live. Many were left asking 'where's the $4.99 version, help'. Googling I found dozens of similar services with similar tone, language and structure. The implication being that many are booting up turn-key manifestation coaching services - which is hilarious and unsettling.

Today I attended a ~*Manifestation*~ class held by a lovely young person with a pHD in Neuroscience talking about the scientific basis for positive thinking and practical techniques. It was good, 100s of people in the chat - felt like a sermon. HOWEVER, many were surprised by the price. $2997 USD
