Oh dude… I highly recommend sunsets on the Wa coast.

This is a rare enough sight that I had to grab a video. Normally I can hear a red tailed hawk but not see them, or vice versa. Today I got the treat of both! And before someone says “sounds like an eagle”, NO IT DOESN’T. Eagle calls are dubbed in ‘Murica because the real call is hilarious!

There are many port expander options using a USB-C port. You get to hook in a monitor, mouse, and keyboard to the expander and then it just attaches to a single USB port. Very painless for connecting at a desk. They look like this for example.

Happy Friday! Has Masuke ever been to Mount Fuji? Here is a picture of Tahoma (also called Mount Rainier) that I took on a recent plane trip. It reminds of the pictures I have seen of Mt Fuji because they are both so solitary.

A picture or Tahoma, a.k.a. Mount Rainier, taken from a plane at roughly equal height to the summit about 14,000 ft (4200m or so). It’s a clear view with some white fluffy clouds below it and gray ones scattered above. The dormant volcano is bright white due to its glaciers with dark rock formations standing in contrast.

Aww! You are welcome Rocogirl-san. Masuke is amazing for his age and I hope he continues to enjoy his sunny spots for many more years. This is our cat, Nina, she is 3 years old this year. She loves to find the sun in our house and stay in it for as long as possible.

I caught this last year on Lake Washington. People I showed it to from work didn’t believe me that it’s a natural occurrence, that sundogs are real, and that as Californians they shouldn’t try to tell me about Seattle weather phenomena.
