It’s so frustrating. I have just had a negative energy ’bill’ due to export excess solar power. The effort that has gone into making unlimited, clean, accessible electricity so toxic is massive. Trouble is it offers some genuine sovereignty, unlike the fake rubbish of NF et al.

It’s a source of joy that the economics of renewables are(can undeniably) beating the fossil fuel lobby because, hey, market forces. However, it a source of terror that if we reach the point of no return, there’s nothing we wouldn’t pay to stop it. I hope that the former happens before the latter.
